    UPDATE: 3/16/09

    I had a conversation with the Monarch team yesterday. Below are the current incentives:

    2.0 mos. free for all units facing Downtown
    2.5 mos. free for all units facing the Hill Country
    3.0 mos. free for all three bedroom units

    12 month lease required. There are other incentives as well.
